Swivel Pulleys

Pulley design ensures fluid cable travel and provides nearly unlimited range of motion.

2-Position Seat

The Freemotion Tricep is equipped with a dual position, rotating seat. A supported position is ideal for first-time exercisers; leaning forward or standing will further challenge the body.

Weight Stack

The protected, enclosed weight stack limits access to moving parts to prevent member accidents or injury.

Kick Plates

Large, 16-gauge, stainless steel kick plates protect the machine from wear and tear.

Non-Wearing Counterweight

The Freemotion Tricep has been upgraded to a non-wearing counterweight to dampen paddle movement.

Cable Travel

Generous cable length creates full exercise extension. Two arms: 42 in (106.6 cm).

Built with 11 and 7-gauge steel and electrostatically powder-coated, this machine is built to last.
